These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Wild Jane Studio and any customer making a purchase via the website www.wildjanestudio.com
2. Products
The products offered for sale are handcrafted creations (earrings, rings, bookmarks, and other accessories).
Each piece is unique or produced in small batches.
Slight variations in color, shape, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of the products. These variations do not constitute a defect.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€).
Wild Jane Studio reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
In accordance with the micro-enterprise status, VAT is not applicable (Article 293B of the French Tax Code), where applicable.
4. Orders
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
Wild Jane Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a previous dispute or payment issue.
5. Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website (credit/debit card, PayPal).
The order will only be dispatched after payment has been confirmed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are prepared within 5 to 7 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen carrier.
Wild Jane Studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or carriers.
Shipping costs are indicated before order confirmation.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.
Personalized products are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned products.
8. Care and Liability
Wild Jane Studio creations are delicate and should be handled with care.
It is recommended to avoid contact with water, perfumes, chemicals, or excessive humidity.
Wild Jane Studio cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use or lack of care.
9. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website (texts, photographs, logo, design, creations) are the exclusive property of Wild Jane Studio.
Any reproduction, use, or distribution without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
